- Informing you of your rights in case of delayed, cancelled, or overbooked flights
- Offering you risk-free options: no fees will be charged if your case isn’t settled
- Any delay or cancellation of a flight departing from an airport within the European Union or bound for an airport in the EU operated by a European airline authorizes you to claim compensation: we support you in these procedures
Whatever the purpose of your flight, whether it’s personal or professional, a delay is always unpleasant and can cause harm. Having to stand up for your rights in the face of multinational companies with gigantic budgets isn’t easy. Airlines generally refuse to pay compensation by invoking extraordinary circumstances.
Most passengers aren’t aware of their rights and don’t have enough information or time to file a claim for compensation.
That’s why flightclaim.ca can help you receive a fair compensation quickly, easily, and without any risk or damage!
